@comcastcares So if you can use a roku why cant you use a flex??, it doesnt make any sense I'm sure you people had plenty of board meetings about this but you made the wrong decision. You cant exclude customers that pay more from an offer. Looks horrible.

@comcast my elderly mother spends most of her days at home with basic cable and they are charging our elders high cable prices while paying cheap labor to customer service in the Philippines. Who else feels like they are being ripped off by Comcast????

lol so after all of that I figured out the problem for real this time... the @Xfinity app decided to pause all connectivity to my computer. Even though I never went on it at all today.
