When did basic customer service leave companies? I swear in the last few months I’ve had the worst times dealing w/large companies. @LibertyMutual, @ATT , & @comcast to name a few. I understand workforce service are reduced but basic cs still needed. SMH

In csgo there’s a saying when you catch an unfortunate bullet as you look away for a millisecond. It’s bad timing or “timinged”. @Xfinity internet rly timinged my grand finals today & they make it impossible for you to report a service problem.0/10 would not recommend @Xfinity

So a landscaping crew cut my Comcast cable, taking down Internet and TV. The irony is that I could not talk to a human at Comcast until I pretended that I was a new customer. In this case I knew EXACTLY what the problem was, but their automated system does not have this option

So frustrated with @xfinitymobile 4hrs on the phone trying to activate service on my apple watch and they are no help. A rep offered to send a sim card for my watch which isnt a thing. then sent me to apple. Apple said they see this with Xfinity often and its an xfinity issue.
