Because of the service we have, no internet also means no tv, no cable, no nothing! I wasnt even able to track the storms the past 2 notes b/c my mobile data sucks *** too! #xfinity and @MetroPCS what the hell?!

So a landscaping crew cut my Comcast cable, taking down Internet and TV. The irony is that I could not talk to a human at Comcast until I pretended that I was a new customer. In this case I knew EXACTLY what the problem was, but their automated system does not have this option

So frustrated with @xfinitymobile 4hrs on the phone trying to activate service on my apple watch and they are no help. A rep offered to send a sim card for my watch which isnt a thing. then sent me to apple. Apple said they see this with Xfinity often and its an xfinity issue.

Xfinity mobile data is terrible. If you are thinking about switching. I advice against it. Verizon was 10 times better.

@comcastbusiness @comcastbusiness doesn't appear as a choice for me to DM. When I search, all I see is comcast newsmakers and one other comcast choice that isn't related to tech support.

@xfinitymobile She was supposed to call at noon today. Shocking, no call. This was not due to user error it was an Xfinity systems issue. Doesn’t matter. You lose. I have been an Xfinity customer for years (triple play). You’d think they had my validated Id from my month payments

@cameronpalm We have a relatively small project, 70 units, urban Houston, our Asset Mgr signed Comcast giving them exclusive marketing (but not excl prov)... ATT looked at the project and said they were not interested in bringing in service. How can we change their mind? Thoughts?

@Xfinity it is really unacceptable that I have to wait 4 days to get my internet back up running when I work from home and I rely on my internet that I’m paying for every month to work. I pay good money for your service this is not right.

@Wisco I've noticed here that systems one would think are not related fail together. I have Comcast cable for ISP, TV, landline. When it is down, my Verizon 4G service often disappears at the same time, or soon after. This doesn't happen often, but it's puzzling.

@Xfinity ordered a phone was supposed to get it august 11th now there sending it back. Called tech support 5 times got 5 different reasons why my phone isn’t coming or why it’s coming. I wasted my money and my time no sense of clarity at all.

I've spent all morning talking to customer service agents from BGE, Target, Ulta and Xfinity. @xfinity has the best customer service by far. The agents were efficient and down right pleasant. Plus they didn't try to guilt me when I ended my service. Everyone else: Do Better.
